We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor, who has excellent communication/organisational skills and has the ability to prioritise effectively in order to meet tight deadlines. To do this role you will have the ability to manage projects to completion, manage customer expectations and have a good understanding of internal/external customer needs.
The role is predominantly office-based, dealing with customer orders and queries on a day-to-day basis by telephone and email communications. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
The right person for this role will have had previous experience working in a similar role in a busy sales office environment, is able to work without direct supervision to a high level of accuracy and be self-motivated to deliver what our business and customer needs.
Hours of work are 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday) on an annualised contract and you will be required to be flexible around peak trading periods.
Minimum level of education: GCSE (Grades A-C in English/Math)/NVQL2
Salary: Up to a maximum of £16500 (depending on knowledge and experience)
